Event registration
Attendance may be approval-based. A registration request does not guarantee entry. We may refuse, cancel or transfer registrations where needed to protect event quality and safety.
Event communications
By registering for an event, you should expect operational emails about that event, including approval, logistics, reminders, updates and post-event links.
Photography and video
Events may be photographed or recorded for community documentation, sponsor reporting and promotion. If you do not want to appear in event media, tell the organiser at the venue.
Sponsors and speakers
Sponsor and speaker participation is subject to curation, relevance and confirmation by the organiser. Logos and company names are shown for event context and social proof.

The website links to third-party platforms including Luma, Meetup, YouTube, sponsor sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
Liability
