Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

London Agentic AI is committed to providing a safe, professional and harassment-free experience for everyone at our events, regardless of age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, nationality or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants or venue staff in any form.

This Code applies without exception. Registration for any of our events constitutes acceptance of it.

2. Scope

This Code applies to all participants in our events, including attendees, speakers, hosts, sponsors, volunteers and organisers. It applies at event venues, at event-related social gatherings, on the online platforms used for our events, and in interactions on the community's official channels, before, during and after each event.

3. Registration

All registrations must be made through our Luma page (https://luma.com/londonagenticai). We stopped accepting registrations through Meetup some time ago. Any remaining Meetup listing is for information only, and a Meetup RSVP does not grant entry to an event.

Our events are free to attend and places are limited. The community has grown to the point where demand regularly exceeds venue capacity, so each registration is reviewed before it is approved. When reviewing registrations, we give priority to engineers, researchers, founders and technical leaders whose work is relevant to the event.

Register with your full name and accurate role and company details. Registrations with incomplete or inaccurate information will be declined. Approval is at the discretion of the organisers and is not guaranteed, and we are unable to provide individual feedback on declined registrations.

4. Entry

Entry is checked at every event against the approved registration list.

• Only approved registrants are admitted. Walk-ins and unregistered guests are refused entry.
• The name you give at reception must match the name on your registration. Some venues require photo identification for building access. Bring it with you.
• Registrations are personal. They cannot be transferred or shared, and additional guests are not admitted.
• Arrive within the stated entry window. Entry may be refused once the venue has closed sign-in or the talks have started.
• If you can no longer attend, cancel your registration in advance so that your place can be offered to someone on the waiting list. Repeated failure to attend without cancelling will result in future registrations being declined.

5. Venue and staff

Our events are held in offices made available by host companies. Compliance with each venue's procedures is a condition of entry.

• Follow the venue's sign-in and security procedures and the instructions of reception, security and building staff at all times.
• Remain within the event space and do not enter other areas of the building.
• If you have any difficulty at entry, contact an organiser. Venue staff cannot resolve registration issues and should not be pressed to do so.
• Rude or aggressive behaviour towards venue reception, security or facilities staff is a serious breach of this Code and will result in immediate removal from the event and exclusion from future events.

6. Expected behaviour

We expect everyone at our events to behave professionally and courteously towards fellow attendees, speakers, organisers, hosts and venue staff. Respect the opinions, boundaries and personal space of others, keep questions and discussion relevant and constructive, and follow reasonable instructions from organisers. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

7. Unacceptable behaviour

The following behaviour is prohibited in all settings covered by this Code:

• Harassment, discrimination or intimidation in any form, including offensive comments related to age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, nationality or religion.
• Verbal abuse or threatening behaviour towards any person.
• Unwelcome physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, or sexual language or imagery in presentations or conversation.
• Stalking, deliberate intimidation, or continued one-to-one contact after a request to stop.
• Photographing or recording individuals without their consent.
• Sustained disruption of talks or of the running of the event.
• Publishing another person's private information without their consent.
• Unsolicited selling, aggressive recruiting or promotion unrelated to the event.
• Attempting to obtain entry, for yourself or for anyone else, outside the registration process.

8. Reporting

If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this Code, report it to an organiser at the event immediately, or email events@super-agentic.ai. Reports can also be made after an event and are reviewed whenever they are received.

All reports are reviewed by the organisers and handled with discretion. We will keep the identity of anyone reporting an incident confidential as far as possible, and we will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Where a participant does not feel safe, organisers will assist, including involving venue security or the emergency services where necessary. If you expect a problem with a specific individual at an upcoming event, contact us in advance and we will consider appropriate precautions.

9. Enforcement

This Code is enforced at every event. Depending on the circumstances, the organisers may issue a warning, refuse entry or require a person to leave the event immediately. A prior warning is not required.

Serious breaches result in exclusion from all future London Agentic AI and Agentic AI London events. Threatening or unlawful behaviour is referred to venue security and, where appropriate, to the police. Where necessary for the safety of participants or venues, details of serious incidents may be shared with venue hosts.

10. Acceptance

By registering for or attending any London Agentic AI or Agentic AI London event, you accept this Code of Conduct in full. Attendance is conditional on compliance with it.
