This Privacy Policy explains how London Agentic AI and Agentic AI London handle information connected to the website, events, sponsorship and community operations. It is intended to support UK GDPR, GDPR and PECR transparency obligations.

Information we collect
We may receive your name, email, company, role, social profile, event registration details, sponsorship enquiries and messages you send to us.
Lawful basis
Depending on the context, we process information to perform event administration, pursue legitimate interests in running a technical community, comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent.
Event platforms
Registrations are handled through third-party platforms such as Luma (https://luma.com/londonagenticai) and Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/london-agentic-ai/). Their own privacy policies also apply.
How we use information
We use information to operate events, review attendance requests, communicate event updates, respond to sponsors, improve the community and protect event safety.
Email and event communications
We may contact you about events you register for or enquiries you send. Marketing or community mailing list use should be based on platform consent, a clear opt-in, or another valid lawful basis. You can ask to stop receiving direct emails.
Sponsor sharing
We do not sell attendee data and do not share attendee lists with sponsors by default. If a sponsor receives identifiable attendee data, this should be made clear at registration and handled with explicit consent or another valid lawful basis.
Media
Events may include photography or video. We use event media to document community activity, share social proof and promote future London Agentic AI events. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, tell the organiser at the event.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses localStorage to remember your light or dark theme preference. Embedded third-party services such as YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies when loaded. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should not be added without appropriate consent.
YouTube embeds
Event videos may be embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain where possible. YouTube may still process data when you play an embedded video or open YouTube directly.
Sharing
We may share limited information with event platforms, venue hosts, website providers, email tools or service providers where needed to run the community. We expect service providers to process data only for the relevant service.
International transfers
Some third-party platforms may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for their own transfer safeguards described in their policies.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for event operations, community administration, safety, legal record keeping and sponsor or speaker relationship management. You may ask us to delete information where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the context, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority such as the UK ICO.
